Our School Community has decided a great way to serve others in this current time of need. Many people in our community have been directly affected from the COVID-19 situation, leaving children with little to no food, healthcare workers with limited time and options as they work to keep us safe, and locals in the area who simply cannot afford food at this time. As a result, we would like to suggest our Parents and Students join us to directly impact the community in which we live. What we are proposing is that we will donate lunches each day Monday – Friday beginning on Friday, April 17, 2020 to help ease the burden that many are facing. Instead of carrying lunch funds over to the next academic school year we would like to provide fresh meals to orphanages, children’s homes, temple schools, hospitals/health care facilities, and to local firefighters that are working to keep us safe.
